Lavender Graduation 2016-2017

Lavender Graduation is a commencement ceremony honoring Sexuality Studies minors, graduating LGBTIQ-identified students, and their allies.
It is a cultural celebration that acknowledges the achievements and contributions that students of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions have made.
In keeping with UNC policy, you are eligible to participate in the 2017 ceremony if you graduate in December 2016 or May 2017. We encourage graduates to invite their friends, families and loved ones. Everyone is invited to attend this celebratory catered ceremony.
GRADUATING AND WANT TO PARTICIPATE?
If you are an undergraduate, graduate, or professional student graduating in May 2017 please considering walking in the ceremony.
Submit the following to lgbtq@unc.edu by Monday, May 1st:
– A bio (250 words or less)
– 3 photos of you in your time here
– An inspirational quote
