Join Flourish in Manning 01 on November 21, 3:30-5:30pm for their first event of the year!
Flourish is a revived student group focused on building community and providing professional development opportunities for students of color and international students at SILS. Co-sponsored with SABL, Flourish is holding a Friendsgiving social for students to learn about what Flourish and mingle with other students with some good food!
All students from SILS are welcomed. Please come ready to enjoy catering from Bulbox (vegan options provided) to hear about our new missions, goals, and anticipated events for the Spring semester!

CANCELLED: SILS Alumni Association Networking
THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED
The School of Information and Library Science Alumni Association (SILSAA) is hosting a networking event on September 17 from 5-7pm in Manning Hall 209. “Playing the Game: Strategies for a Dynamic Job Market will include a “State of the Market” overview, an Alumni roundtable and Q&A, and breakout sessions for academic and industry career paths.
This event is open to undergraduate and graduate students.

B.S.-M.S. Information Session
Current undergraduate students who are interested in pursuing a master’s degree are encouraged to join one of the four information sessions. Information sessions will focus on the Dual B.S.-M.S. Programs available at the School of Information and Library Science (SILS) but will include some information about master’s programs in general.
