Hello all! I’m Erin and I am a second semester MLS student focusing on digital libraries and user experience. I’m from central NC and received my BA in English from UNC, where I was a board member for several student organizations. I currently work at the Park Library in the School of Media and Journalism.
If elected, I would like to continue the great networking, professional development, and informational events ASIS&T has run in the past. In addition, I would continue to promote relevant events and conferences in the Triangle. I would also love to work with campus groups such as Maknet, the BEAM makerspaces, and STEM Pride to plan and co-sponsor events or speakers.
